Iranian Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot at an airshow on Shiraz Air Force Base, posted on the same Youtube-account as that “Tomcat-clip”.
Perhaps not the lowest passes seen in this thread, but this pilot is allowed to do what Western pilots aren’t: fly low-ish during an airdisplay. 😎
After 1.15 you’ve seen all there is to see really… 😉

para posterior desprendimiento y aterrizaje.

Unfortunately you cannot really see the low pass of this Chilean Air Force KC-135E tanker, but the pull-out is very much visible… 😎 😮
The “refuelling pass” looks rather tame in comparison… 😀
