Von Perthes the photo with the Spitfire kinda proves that it was a dark colour, if you compare the contrasting camo on the Spit…

I know its a petty thing, and minor detail such as markings etc don’t usually bother me but for some strange reason i have a ‘bee in my bonnet’ about this one :confused: I reckon i might be cracking up:rolleyes: 🙂

CDC Armour, very poor! lack quality in the decals/markings. I have ‘No Guts No Glory’ and the finish is pants!!!

Corgi good value for money!

Not been to Tangmere for many years, im gonna try incorporate it into my tour of Kent in May!

The Spifire K5054 looks superb, how accurate is it?

There was one on the flightline at the Spitfire airshow at Duxford in 96, is this the one? i often wondered where that one disappeared too?

looks like a Tefal T645S ‘Steamglide’ to me lightweight iron the later T655S version has a corless option and is available in a silver finish, Bl**dy good iron…

I build kits as well however don’t get time to sit and do them much. The kits are displayed in with the Corgi’s (not the dogs! :p )

Shorty 01 i agree with you that it is more satisfying to build your own i buy them to complement my kits, at least the Corgi’s will be worth some money in the future!!

Anyway im off to the AA forum now im sure they could build a Sea Vixen! oh and a Valient for my V Bombers
