    I know some cabin crew will have jobs at virgin and qantas aswell as maitenence crew to,Tech crew not to sure about because none of those airlines have an airbus fleet,I know some tech crew who have landed jobs at silkair in singapore which is good for them.It was a disgrace to see this happen,and people and companies need to be made to bear all.

    well they must be doing something right if customers are buying there equiptment,remembr your not in a plane for its interior design or exterior your there because you need to get some where.If it gets you from A to B then its done it’s job and who cares what it looks like.

    i can tell you on a recent personal visit to ORD in the USA aka Chicago,that the security was not that flash,The US still has a long way to go to,have the security standards up to scratch

    Having spoken to a first officer at Qantas who was pilot flying one of those 747-400s says there was never any chance of the aircraft coliding,The colision alarms sounded at 17 km seperation or about 1 min fro impact so my guess is they had plenty of time to to company measures.A 747-400 travels about 17 km per minute so dont blow it out of preportion,I have seen much worse than that.

    Hey JA Worsley
    BA have not landed an aircraft in perth for nearly 2 years now
    they code share to Singapore using Qantas and they have 17 flights a week from Perth
