A couple from MYT666 STN-ACE last week.
I arrived home from there 2 days ago, see my other thread for photos.
Nice selction of shots there. I saw HB-JMC in a completely different part of the world, Singapore. Was quite pleased when our QF jet pulled up next to it!
A control tower must be incredibly difficult to build, especially the kind we’re talking about here with a long thin tower, then a large part sitting on top. I wonder how they do it….
Thanks very much Steve and AO, much appreciated. I do have a selection of shots from my trip to Belfast the week before, including some out-of-window stuff. Anyone interested, and then I may do another thread?
Brilliant pictures, especially the Thai ones. I wonder how successful Flyme are, after the failure of Goodjet?
Yeah and knowing Daniel we arnt talking about his encounters with planes 😉
Well there was that too 😉
Thanks very much everyone, it could indeed look like SXM. Not quite so tropical, but it’s definitely hot enough and the beaches are awesome! Cant wait to get a decent camera and go back, the results could be amazing.
Thanks very much for the comments everyone, much appreciated. No doubt I shall be back again within the next 12 months! 😀
Final lot……Anyone really wanna go now?!
Ok, here’s for a whole batch of all the stuff that was on offer. Hope you like ’em.
The aircraft shoot straight over your head, over the fence and touch down just the other side.
Thanks LBARULES. Got more shots from yesterday here, will post these first few separately to explain them, then there is a large batch of everything else at the end.
This gives you a feel for what it is like on the beach, and if you think this looks low, try replacing it with one of the regular MYT and LTU A330’s, or even the Air Pullmantar 747! (Trust me, it burns 😎 )
Yesterday got off to a flying start as this Air Europa 767 come down the approach looking very shaky. Seconds before it touched down, it was still banking heavily above my head.
Some of Sunday’s movements. Take a look in the second shot, how about a huge volcano for an interesting backdrop?!
Anyone know much about that first 757, EC-ISY?
The shot of the Condor 757-300 gives you a feel for the place, and also at how bloody long that thing is!
