Oh it has to be Time after Time by Distand Soundz! They made the extremely boring Cyndie Lauper version just a lil bit more interesting! 😉

No AA do not operate 747’s. Where is he flying from? There’s a chance it could be a 767 aswell.
Yep, certianly makes a plane that usually looks old and worn, look fresh and clean!
Have a great trip Michael, all I can say is that you’re very lucky! 😉 Ah well only 49 days for me now til I head out in that direction too! 😀
Do you know if it’s likely to stay around til after 4pm? If the weather is ok, I might take a walk up there after school to see if I can catch a glimpse of it.
Great shots! Particularly like those 2 Southwest 737’s with winglets, and the Ted aircraft. 😀
I think it looks very nice actually! Stands out from the other ‘boring’ white liveries.
Great pictures Graham, particularly like the Astraeus as it’s the aircraft I flew to Egypt on a couple of years back! 😀
Any chance it could be the Excel aircraft leased from South Africa……..ZS-SJP? 737-8BG
I think it looks…..great! Different, when we’re used to seeing a similar livery on larger aircraft such as the 757.
Thanks a lot everyone for the ifno on T1, looks like I’m gonna enjoy myself in May! 😀 Can’t wait, will we arrive back in T1 aswell (BA 767 from FRA)?
I’m flying on a BA A319 from LHR-FRA in May, do any of you know which terminal this will be from? If so, what is it like for airside photography of the aircraft at their gates etc? And is it worth getting there early to have lots of free time, or is it not all that interesting?
Yay I got 8! I’m a ‘plane pro’. I got the one wrong about the first woman to fly from England to Australia (put Amelia Earhart) and for the first helicopter flight I put 1949.
I think they are generally cutting back their operations as they’re in financial difficulties at the moment, and this may be the reason for the lack of diversity. My dad works for FLS here at Stansted and has recently been made redundant as they have major cut-backs. Something like 450 staff went, all of a sudden. The only people who stayed were the night-shift people, as they’re still going to do maintenance for Easyjet’s fleet. Other than that there will be no other heavy maintenance at STN.
