A couple or so more…..
Come on Robbo. Withdrawl symptoms setting in here 😉
….and leave a couple of cars behind and bring along the DH2?
Hmm, yes I did. D10 Canon 70-200/2x extender

I spent most of Saturday shooting with an indoor white balance setting  I’ve learn’t a lesson from that!
I’ve got a large number of outside shots from Brooklands with the same problem 😀
Thanks for the comments – funnily enough the camera seems to be fine now, apart from some massive dust mites on the sensor courtesy of Sunday’s wind! I’ll test it out at Shuttleworth on Saturday before panicking.
In the meantime – I didn’t post shots of the aircraft that made me attend the show in the first place – the two new kids on the block. So here they are 🙂

& the last

…a few more

Great shots 🙂

There are some lovely shots there. Thanks for posting 🙂

Good luck HP, I understand learning to drive a helicopter reinforces the belief they aren’t meant to fly.
BTW, I believe Nick Parkhouse owns Tiger Moth G-ANOH. My dad was learning to fly in it around 50 years ago. Any chance of a recent pic I can show my mum?
This one from Shuttleworth – 2003

A good start to the season with good weather, flying and good company as usual although as Mike J said the commentator was poor, it was nice to meet a few new faces (for me anyway) as well.
Oh dear, it wasn’t Jeremy “Lysander” Spake again was it? 😮 (runs for cover)
Nice pictures Niall – can I ask what the new toy is?

Valid question or not, I don’t particularly care why they operate the aircraft they have – I’m just thankful that they are able to do so and am grateful that they do such a great job. Long may it continue.
Nice shots Maarvin, interesting that you have nearly stopped the rotors in most of the pics. I was shooting with a Canon D-60, and even down at 125th second and was still getting that effect. Is yours an Image Stabilising lens?
Yes it is, and I was messing about with shutter speeds all afternoon too 😀 I never once thought about turning IS off – one to play with next time!
I appreciate the comments – thanks everyone.
Lovely shots Steve
I saw the first half…….didn’t stick around for the second.
