The other thing on my mind at the moment is whether it was just the BBC with such a situation, or were other TV and radio stations the same.
I expect some huge names of TV,radio music and politics will be found out in this investigation both living and dead. I just pray the Government will allow a full open investigation and inquiry and that justice will be done. Anything else is not acceptable.

Having watched the Panorama TV show last night, It becomes very clear that Savile was only part of(albeit a huge part) a paedophile ring. Its now clear that Aunty Beeb was really dirty uncle Jimmy in disguise, and from this we need to know ALL of those involved in this sick crime/s. Both those alive and dead need to be revealed the living ones need to go to justice the dead should have any possible knighthoods etc taken away and let history show them for who they really were.

To have been able to commit the abuse involved others had to of covered up,turned a blind eye etc. The BBC needs to be totally open to let all evidence come out, if not the reputation of the BBC will be forever tarnished.
What leaves me so sad though is that all during my childhood I loved things like Top of the Pops etc, and in adult life collected old BBC comedies and “Live at the BBC” Cds(ironically last one was the kinks at the bbc, title has a double meaning now). For me I feel the BBC its a dirtied brand now and that will take time to recover and the actions they make now are vital for the future.

If you get sentenced for a full life sentence, then you should serve a full life sentence. Its not as if such a sentence is handed out lightly you must be a huge danger to the public to be considered for that.
The law to me need to be defined that a 10 year sentence is 10 years and a life sentence is life, parole for good behaviour to me does not work, sentence should be exactly what the judge lays down.

A sentence should clearly state you will serve X amount of time and during this time you will be expected with support to be able to be completely rehabilitated and paid your debt to society.
If sentence is a life sentence then you will be expected to serve the time stated and repay society by doing so. I still feel that many lifers could be used in medical drug tests etc for the good of all humans(I do not mean some freaky nazi style experiment), I know its controversial and people would probably be against the idea. But as I see it we use animals that bear little genetically to us why not let life prisoners give something back to the world instead?.

Its a shame 2013 looks like the end of the road for her flying career. But huge credit has to be given to the team for all the efforts in getting her flying again. This is all the more amazing considering it was done in the worst recession anyone alive has ever seen.

I do not believe the Vulcan has taken money from other projects, as it was the public’s love of her and their goodwill to give generiously thaty kept her going for so long, Other than Concorde I doubt any other aircraft would of held such a fondness in the general publics heart.
Its hard to know how many people would of been delighted, inspired,or had dreams come true by seeing her fly, but I am sure many people have been so glad for that opportunity.
It has to be said 20 years ago nobody really thoughtt XH558 would return to the skies, but she did and although her return has been a bumpy and sometimes controversial one. It has also bee a successful one.

I am glad to have seen her fly again and expect in years to come we will talk about the moment we saw her flying with great fondness, we were lucky to see her fly and maybe we should keep that in mind in 2013 and make sure she goes out with a huge crowd behind her.
