Wow nice, cheers! Would you be able to get me one of those Friends of Sywell Aerodrome forms, or the other person offering them on the forum still sending them out? I’m becoming very interested in this aerodrome, might pop down one day.

Nice, interesting to see what goes on at our average aerodrome. Is that the only Tiger Moth there? Love Tiger Moths, looks quite nice in grey!

Yep you right about the V bomber colour schemes, exactly what i’ve been thinking! My guess is they already had the models, but wondered if their might have been other plans.

Sounds good to me! Is Mr T still around? I’m sure with a bit of make up he could still play BA Barracus!

What this has proved to me is that it IS possible to include non surviving and rare types of aircraft in a film that are convincing.

    Cheers

Yeah thats the bit that excites me the most, i mean if someone wanted to make a film about the story of Malta in WW2 (which i think would be a great idea 😎 ) you could have computer generated aircraft attacking, Gladiators (to supplement the Shuttleworth one) and of course the beautiful Beaufighters based at Malta attacking enemy shpping 😀

Was talking about the hangars with the prototype aircraft e.t.c in. Whats going to be hung vertically? From the diagram i was sent a Gloster Javelin shaped object seemed to be vertical, sure hope it’s not that! Hopefully lighting won’t be too bad in there, at least the Valiant will probably be a lot more easily viewable than put in the corner of the bomber command hall.
