Thanks again for all the help. The result of all the info I got can be seen here:

The previous repaint was done by a good friend of mine, but the next one you see below I did myself. It will be available soon at http://www.sim-outhouse.com in the FS2004 repaints section. You need the original freeware aircraft from Robert Sanderson to install this repaint wich can also be found at this site.

Breighton at it’s best! 😎
Any more? :diablo:
Thanks for posting.

Nice pics Galdri. A joy to see. There are a lot of interesting planes there such as the Harvard and the fiat G46. 😎

Yes, you should al be greatfull for all the nice warbirds you got there in the UK. In Belgium, its a big event to see one spitfire or one mustang. Not even one example of a true WW2 fighter is flying regulary in Belgium. If you organise a event here, we need to contact people in the UK or the Netherlands to see a ‘real’ fighter. We even turn crazy if we see and hear a harvard!
Sometimes, a spit is resting in Antwerp in Belgium (mostly during the winter), but it almoust never flies here.
So don’t worry; you’ve got a healthy amount of Warbirds in the UK to turn each airshow into a special event. 😎

I’m glad that I bounced into this tread. Stunning work Melvyn. You must have needed more skill for this demanding job than I’ll ever get in my entire life. You should be very proud to have completed this marvellous job. 😎
And while I get all dreamy when I look at this nice plane the only question that comes into my mind is: What is your next project? 😮
Well Done!

Even with those (financial) limitations, they seem to make a good progress. I hope their hard effort wil be rewarded.
Nothing but good news is coming from the south this week. Another great tread John. 😎

It’s a nice idea. I wouldn’t be against it but maybe some people here just want to keep this forum as a discussion forum and not a trade forum.
It’s still worth to to consider this addition though.

You don’t need to scrap a P38 because of it’s paintsheme. 😮 Just buy the plane and repaint the thing in a more appropriate sheme. 😉 But as said before; there is no need to panic yet. Lets first wait and see if the P38 will come over to europe and what the plans for the future are.

Yes, it is a nice site indeed. I loved the pics about the Fury VZ345 which is used as a resource for spare parts. I do hope she may fly again in the (very, very, very, …) distant future.
Keep this nice site updated Mark.

Great news. I also can’t wait to see another razorback P47 in the sky! 😎
Thanks for posting John.

Shure Roger. The ‘deal’ is still on. I am planning to come to Holland during the last week of january. 🙂
It’s shure interesting to hear about your visits over there. I’ll write it down, but I can’t make a long term appointment for 2005 yet. But if I don’t need to work during such a event, you may count me in!
Thanks,
J.V.
Amazing pics Roger. The fitting of a Hispano engine in the Buchon looks different than the more ‘usualy’ seen Merlin. After seeing this, I prefer the HS in a Buchon. I think I’m going to need to do a trip to Spain to see that installation of the HS in detail. 😎

Its only a guess but could it be the ME 109G-10 611943 or 611973  which is now on public view at the planes of fame museum in Arizona?
