If I look at these pics, I must admit that it’s ugly. And it does give a buget replica feeling. I think you made a good point there Robbo.

As soon as you change the plugs, the engine is not original anymore.

As long as it sounds good and looks good, I don’t think we should complain. 😉

Those restrictions have caused trouble for some time. It does make things more complicated at Turweston. I am sad to see that the operations still are running so difficult there. 🙁 It isn’t pleasant if you have to turn people away.

Some nice planes are scenery objects. Maybe in the multiplayer, you can park an extra plane next to yours. And flying together is also great in multpilayer.

See this nice warbird formation that I just flew. I flew the Bell P39 and my father flew the Hawker Hurricane.

I rather suspect the first shot wasn’t today 😀

My god. I first hoped it was. What a shock. :dev2: But maybe it could be a silent wish for the distant future.

Thanks for posting those nice pics.

Some planes (even freeware have some superb acrobatic capabilities. The most acrobatic sequences can be flown in FS2004. See for yourself:

I believe IWM allow ‘Sally B’ to be hangared in hangar 2 north during the winter months, which makes the winter maintenance a bit more bearable for her ground crew!

I thought I saw some pics of the B17 in a hanger. Sad to hear that it’s only during the cold wintermonths. But I supose it’s better than nothing.

    Thanks Steve.

Did they use the Mossie in large numbers in Turkey. I didn’t know they ever had the type. 😮
