Don’t worry Daz. The pack of AH is only available at the end of november (after your birthday 😉 ). So when you go shopping for the pack, you can also add FS2004 in your basket at the same time. For now, we all have to drool over those nice screenshots. :dev2:

That is a beauty indeed Daz. I would by FS2004 and promote the MK22 with a FS-display at Duxford. Maybe that could motivate the boys of TFC to start the rebuilt of their ‘real’ example! 😀
It’s only a sugestion though.

For starters:
Hangars for museums that have to house their collections outside
Sally B
Hasn’t Sally B a permanent roof over it’s head yet. 🙁
This and other operators with simular ‘problems’ would be very pleased to recieve some extra investment.

Sadly during a follow-up test flight the pilot became lost and not knowing it accidently landed at Duxford where the aircraft was impounded by the OFMC :p
Keep on dreaming! :p

Thanks Allan for this additional info!
I found a repaint on the net of the Spitfire BS435 for combat flight simulator 3:

I only fly in FS2004 for the moment Daz. There are some great freeware scenery of historic airfields. If you want, you can take of to preform a nice display at Duxford. 😎 So I think you will enjoy FS2004.

The pics look great Roger. 🙂
Good luck with the mk II.

When I look at WP964, I think it’s a shame that people can mess up a nice chipmunk like that. Can’t they buy some cheap silly modern kitt and built some new plane.
So you might guess that I don’t like this modification. 😉
J.V.
There is a chance that a few planes don’t work. I small minority doesn’t work as Bradburger said. For example Dave Eckert’s Boeing Stearman doesn’t fly good in FS2004. But he is still working on an update for this plane.

It looks great. The VC is very well done. Looks to me that AH may have some competition in the Spitfire business.

Nice pics roger. It’s the first time I see this Storch. I think it’s a welcome addition to this great collection.
Anyone here has more info on the Triplan and the Spifire (did the serial BS435 realy exist or is it (just) fantasy)?
BW Roger
The triplane is a Bataille Triplane Which was built in 1911. It is the oldest surviving aircraft in Belgium.
The spitfire serial may have existed. There was a surviving spit MKIX in Le Bourget with serial number BS464 but it was destroyed in a hanger fire in 1990. 🙁
Cheers,

what a plane , smaller than I imagined
I also thought it was bigger in real life. It’s like actors. They always seem to be bigger on screen than they are in real life. 😉

Matt, no matter what flight sim you by you can fly from any airport in the World!
Not 100% true. In FS2000, you can fly from a airfield called Moorsele in Belgium. But in FS2002 and FS2004 it has dissapeared. I was passing trough Moorsele last month and the airfield still exists and there are still planes which operate from the this field. I’m a bit sad that it isn’t included in the new versions of FS.
Another example is the field of Woodchurch in the UK which is the home of some great warbirds such as the P51 Mustang of Rob Davies. It is also a small field which I can’t find in the default FS inventory. 🙁
But most airfields are there and if you want to land at each airport in FS, it might take a couple of years! :diablo: So don’t worry.
Greets,
J.V.
It’s great to see you enjoy SN-airlines and Belgium so much Comet. Bad luck though that your seats where at the front row. Did you choose for orange juice again instead of the tropical. 😉
Nice report.
J.V.
Well, I hope it’s a large tin so that we can enjoy such things again in the future.
Thanks for posting Mark,
