Sorry to be indulgent but a few more.

Never mind. Those pics are nice! I can also see you where one of the lucky guys to spot the Belgian solo display Magister (MT40). I hope you enjoyed it!

Maybe a question you could ask to Roger S. He told me recently that a book about dutch catalina’s is going to be released. If I am correct, it should contain info/pics about all aspects of catalinas which served with the dutch over the globe. I don’t know if this specific cat is mentioned, but maybe he can help. You can always PM him with a question if the other smart members can’t help you. 😉

    Good luck,

Please do! I watch national geographic often and they always show nice historical programs. This could become very interesting. 😉

Very interesting Merlin XX! That Ilyushin II-2 Stormovik is great to see (even in this condition). Do you have some more pics from your visit?

I haven’t seen much of the aircraft treasures from china. So I am glad you started posting on this forum. Welcome on board. 🙂

Nice shot, Mk12, but couldn’t you have photoshopped the ugly thing out of the background?! 😀

    Hey there, a BELGIAN F-16 can’t be THAT ugly! 😡 😉

Nice shot Mark12. I didn’t know the BAF had done such a fotoshoots. Glad to see they did. 🙂

2 G-BCKG Taken at Blackbushe,Sept 1974.flew via Prestwick on delivery to Texas Oct 1974.Now flies as N62143 as ”Riff Raff’

Nice pic (as they all are in this tread), but did you notice the modificatios on this Fury? It is a TT20, so a T20 converted for target tugg duty. If I am correct this was done with Fury’s that served in the Luftwaffe. They where painted orange in their german servicelife. It’s nice to see one of those.
