Cosford Sat 280406
Been to Cosford this morning (Sat) and it looks like they cut the hole in the side of the Trident to make it easier to throw the seats etc on to the floor outside. The front is partially blocked up.
On the way to Cosford i had to come via Newport and down the A41, not my usuall route. I was amazed at how far away you could see the new hanger. It sticks out like, i dont know what in the surrounding area. How on earth they have got planning permission for it, ill never know.
Come to think of it…………. I dont like it!!!!! i would much rather have prefered 2 or 3 more T2 hangers then at least they would have blended in. Give it 10 years at the most and this wedge of cheese shaped building will look as dated and naff as what ever you choose from the eighties.
Just trying to get other peoples thoughts and if i stand alone on this?
