Just to let you all know LF363 flew today, just over a year since her minor accident at Duxford, on its air test. She had a few minor probs but hopefully she will be at Waddo at the weekend.

If I had the money and the time it would have to be the S6B –
Not a flat 6 powered toy, but a real as near as damit R Type V12, maybe a Griffon. it has to be the ultimate racer, re-build a “Warbird” (hate that term) –
shove it up your arse. Re-build something that can’t be beat –

Sally B wasnt the ‘Dog’ airframe of her squadron 558 was plagued by alot of tech problems during service i believe. .

If the people who used to service 558, when it was in service where to read that, you would be learning to eat through a straw.
I personaly worked with some of them.
And finnaly, I don’t think the MOD would put a “dog airframe that is plagued by a lot of tech problems” forward as the display aircraft.

558 should, and hopefuly will fly.
