Posting it twice doesn’t make a puppet show more compelling.
and now we know you didn’t bother watching it but got your pitchfork out already.
argue the points, not the puppet.
F-35 vs Su-35 analysis by Binkov, enjoy fanboys
so all these problems we keep hearing about, is it almost always just the B and C versions?
I generally hear complaints about them (performance, engineering, or other issues)
A seems to be well accepted?
it was clearly stated repeatedly from the very start what India wanted:
120 fighters for 10 billion dollar
at 83 million per pop, that only leaves us with the Gripen or lower versions of the f-16.
if the 2013 orders by the UAE for more Block 60s are anything to go buy, they are around the same price range as the Rafale.
Low funding? NATO Typhoons, F-22, Rafale. Mechanical issues? MiG-29k?
thanks, where would you put the Flanker availability issues?former or latter?
TR1 is getting mixed up between aircraft that have low availability due to low funding and those which have poor mechanical servicability.
so which aircraft have low availability due to low funding and which are poor mechanical?
Then it will never happen !!
i’m starting to really think it’s best for both parties, India left the Pak-fa/FGFA program.
Zero. Navy wants a twin engine fighter.
blah. MMRCA chose Rafale when what they really wanted was a single engine jet
Indian Navy chose MiG-29K when what they really wanted was a western twin engine jet
Its still not too late, any chance India can convert the IAF orders for Rafale into IAN Rafale Ms?
at least that’ll save time for one of its two competitions.

wow they are behind. I thought they decided on the FC-31 looking design.
X-32 again? Go Trump go! you can do it.
All these years just to potentially end up with F-16s?
What a ho-hum end to MMRCA.
i’d be laughing if they did do it! lol
they really should’ve bought the M2K line. hindsight is a btch
ok slightly updated. keep them links coming.
Its the Fried Chicken-31! There is some shortage of cooking oil.
This is the year of the chicken so it will be the FC-31’s year to shine and dominate the country of the chicken

India to Kick Off Competition for New Foreign Single-Engine Fighters

yay i’m so excited.
so what kind of admission is this?
1. the Tejas is a failure as it won’t be the one replacing all those mig-21s?
2. the Rafale was the wrong choice for MMRCA. Now hold your panties Rafale fanboys, I said wrong choice, not worst aircraft. I think it probably was the best aircraft of MMRCA, but a twin engined medium might not have been the best option given that they already have quite a few flankers.
