It had to be white not the pearl grey like the rest of the BA fleet cos of this high speed producing heat effect

I like it, but with most all white schemes although it looks tidy now after a few month when the while becomes dirty they can start to look tatty quickly, and if this is the only machine they operte so far they aint gonna get much chance of cleaning it!

Hiya – not really a lot between then – i know 12 options sounds a lot but between for example the B747-100 and -300 there’s dozens – especially considering the fact there was nearly 20 years between the first desings of the -200 flying compared to the -300 – and a lot of customer feedback inbetween!

Yea that was in AW a while back – it was atan airshow in Zimbabwe and the pilot got into just a bit of bother with the company i think – for a couple of months after there was an article in the feedback section entitle just how low can you go – there was a BA 742 at LBA in there along with a new delivery AEA 738 i think if my memory serves me right!

Just wondering Wys – as u fly both the -200 and -300 was there much conversion training needed between the teo a/c as i preume the SOPs are more or less the same between the 2 a/c?
