OK OK Children!! – there’s a fierce rivalry between them all – SOFTLAD the reason u weren’t accepted according to the boss is that you dont have a valid VATSIM account, which is a part of our terms and conditions – the idea is to be as real world as possable and flying on VATSIM with RW atc is an integral part of our operations – just to clarift things!!

RE: Sixth terminal for Heathrow?
I’m not arguing that it’s right – but its what the pax and the airlines want – as usual the locals only get considered after the plans have been put through! – and as for 116m pax – nearly 2 million a week – WOW!!!

RE: GB Airways flight in trouble!
14 hurt as aircraft hits turbulence
Fourteen people were injured when an aircraft hit heavy turbulence, British Airways says.
The plane was forced into a descent to avoid the turbulence which caused “heavy movement” to the aircraft over Spain.
A spokeswoman says the plane, operated by franchise carrier GB Airways, took off from London Gatwick and was due to arrive in Almeira, Spain, at 11.44am.
She says 14 people suffered minor cut and bruises, although one of them went to hospital as a precautionary measure after the plane landed in Spain.
That person has since been released.
The spokeswoman said: “About an hour and a half into the flight, the aircraft hit air turbulence which was sharp, heavy air turbulence.
“It caused heavy movement of the aircraft as it passed through and the captain took immediate measures to clear the pattern of weather.”
