There are other aspects that ned to go into consideration in this topic. I read earlier about the comet, it wasn’t known at the time about this new type of metal fatigue, nothing so big had flown so high and fast before, and as it turned out it was a design flaw – it’s just evoloution.

Yeah all 3 F70’s are off to KLM Cityhopper, the hybrid is obviously a temp until the a/c are due for a service and hence repaint at the sametime. The EMBS still operate under the BM Commuter banner at NM bar G-RJXJ which comes in regular in the new bmi Regional banner.

i love it – btw T5 r u on about the prog on Discovery which showed the development of the a/c cos they tested the braking system to distruction and the heat burst the tyres – maybee that’s the 1?
