    haven’t GE alos been doing that with the new Regional jet engines for trials on a 747 classic – all they’d need with an engine of that size would be to cut the throttle of on of the other 2 on that wing proportionally and add a bit off rudder to solve that!

    yeah bmi and virgin are great, i also got info off of KLM UK, BA, British European, Ryanair and Go – just a few to start off with!!

    Fri night – at the Pub or a m8’s for a “Gathering”
    Sat Day – Work and listern or watch ITFC.
    Sat Night – Out with the m8’s maybe to the Pub, Flicks, Restaurant etc or as this weekend working on extra pay!!!
    Sun Day – Climbing usually,
    Sun Night – MAD Dash HW run in term time, Hols like last night we went out 4 a meal and a drink!

    that’s about it!!

    i was wastching a tv prog last night about the retirement of Noland i think it was called an d a guy on their sed, it wasn’t for the people of the British isles, it was for the people of the falklands who we’re holders of British passports, and they had the right to a free and democratic beurocracy, and as members of our country they had just as much a right as anyone else to have their position upheld.

    yeah – the earlyer A320-100’s (mainly BA and AF) were none fenced and all the 200 series (post 1991) have the fences, and did u know that Indian airlines are the only airline in the world to operate twin bogie A320’s for use in rough indian runways!! – soz Kabir, was that one of your facts i picked up??

    on my last BY flights we had a good selection – mainly comedy but it differed both ways including Trigger Happy TV, One foot in the grave, a magic show, Baddiel and Skinner and then some kids cartoons – this was on B762so no seat bak tv’s!

    yeah – i go with the general concencus – DC-10, B757, BAe 146, A320, B737, but i also like the TU-154 – it looks so sleek on the ground – only ever seen one on the ground at Leeds as it usually comes in first thing on sunday morning!! – also howcome no1 has concorde on their lists!!!
