Heard a light twin had an undercarrage collapse on landing – not sure of any more details than that.
Good luck with the ongoing project – glad to see another piece of British Aviaition Heritage defeating the scrapman.
Cool, now we’re talking about proper aircraft – 748s – yea!

Ahh, the memories…
I used LBA-CDG each week for over a year and neverpaid £300 for a ticket, usually booked quite late on too – I even used KLM LBA-AMS-CDG a fair bit (usually to get back earlier on a Sat AM if I booked a return trip) – even this could be sought for around £150-170 return as a last option, although the most conveniant schedule for me was bmi out at Lunchtime and Jet2 back Sat PM – purely so I had some kip after finishing work early Sat AM (if lucky!)
My thoughts… Well there needs to be a BMI Airbus to operate the charter programme over the summer – wonder where that’ll come from? Well we would have a spare E145 if we dropped the CDG – hell, lets put the Embraer on the LHR to free the A320 for the LBA charters?
Sounds fairly logical in my humble opinion?
Nice shots there like Dyce great airport. On the shot with the Flybe Tail in your face what airlines are the two Short 360? One looks like BAC Express.
James
One’s BAC Express, and one is a Benair Machine aquired from Sunshine Express of Auz.
In the BMA Embraer picture the Sheds are G-JEMX and G-SSWB when Emerald flew the mail runs.
Sunday mornings are scheduled 733s…

Wow – fantastic!
Certainly looking forward to the rest!
Nice shots Andy… I hope that 757 looks a little tidier by the time she gets delivered upto LBA!
The Lufty looks a little further towards the terminal than the other bits – not a regular sight at SEN i’d believe?
Thanks for info
Was it windy up there? If it was I think it would be some sort of sheild againts the Wind.James
What???
Would a more logical explanation just be the Auto-Spoiler having not restowed as the crew hadn’t used any power on the taxi which would cancel it?
Go on then EGNM, what looks a little odd…….I can assure you this has n’t been altered in any way
I would be interested to know
MTIA
Not the photo as in how it’s taken, something about the subject airframe – can’t quite pin it, could be the slight nose down pitch, could be the P&W’s, but I don’t think it’s the winglets…
Nice stuff from DUS. Something looks a little odd on the SunExpress, or it might just the the P&Ws…
That looks a rather familiar Jetstream… 😀
Someone’s been busy on the uploads, nice threads Mark – speaking of Diversions I believe the TOM B733 was actually a DSA diversion too!
I do like the Magenta livery, however with the amount of work they’ve been doing for Swiss recently I suppose it makes sense
Try again…
I also have to say this will quite possibly be my last and final photo post on this forum…
Using the 350D. My nice new 30D arrives on Monday morning! Yay!
