Hmmmm …. even if I agree with You that from that angle the canopy looks different … I would suggest to wait for clearer pictures of that bird.

Everything else – like changes on the wings, the intakes, antenna-fit or the engine (as I suggested) – only from this picture is pure speculation.

So …. were are better pictures !!!????

Crap, the unit numbers have been erased. Otherwise these are cool shots.

As “ChairmanMAOhametI” (from CDF) found the FC-1 and J-10 are from the same picture !!!

… seem to be from the CAC airfield and the J-10 are ready to deliver !
Would be nice to see how recent this picture is … and esp. to see the serial numbers on the J-10 !!

I don’t think so ! Even if it’s not exactly the same position of both aircraft and if You look closely its clearly the first prototype with its wing-fences, the smaller LERX and the tail without the EW-antenna.

Hey … thanks for posting !! But just one question that could also be wishfull-thinking: Is the engine still the same RD-93 ??? … the exhaust loohs slightly different !!!
