Sorry guys, … but everytime we see a new Chinese aircraft everyone is calling: “A FAKE, … a fake made by photoshop !!” … and I’m sure it will be the same with the actual latest picture of the WZ-10 !
But here …. – just my two cents :p – this is clearly a B-2 and I would say one of the early machines later detached to Edwards (see the ED-markings on the gear doors !).
We all know that Northrop never flew (and for my opinion will never fly) a different configuration like a YB-2 or a B-2B., especially if this picture makes a manipulation quite easy by adding the missing wing-parts purely with Photoshop !
… but as I said, just my two cents !

Just found at the CMF …… :diablo:
… and the windtunnel model – I’m not sure – hasn’t been posted here too … !

…. and had its maiden flight !
Pictures: Lockheed Martin C-5M Super Galaxy makes first flight
Lockheed Martin’s C-5M has flown for the first time, marking a key stage in one of the biggest upgrades of a military transport ever undertaken. The aircraft took to the air from Dobbins AFB, Georgia yesterday, having benefited from an avionics modernisation programme that gives it a more or less completey new cockpit, plus General Electric CF6 engines with a 22% thrust increase.

Two brothers in arms …. 😉
Thanks, but I know that link and all pictures here with open speedbrake from front … and not from the rear ! 🙁

Just found that interesting picture at the SDF (posted by “planeman”) 😉
Hmmm … my first idea was: “Great” … but after looking at several sources I didN’t find a Jiugucheng Airbase within the Jinan Military Region !!!
So where is it and what regiment is stationed there ??? Any help ????
Thanks in advance, Deino 😀
After doing some copy & paste with sattelite pictures and charts … I got this !!!
So can anyone help, what regiment / division is stationed there ???
Cheers, Deino
Its good to see the PLAAF getiing this type, despite its drawbacks it is still a very capable design and a great strike bird. I would love to know what the production rate is for the JH-7A???
Me too !!!! :diablo: 😀
Very interesting, Is this a PLAN or PLAAF bird??? Im interested becouse the hardpoint layout remoinds me of the FBC-1 models shown at airshows.
It’s a PLAAF bird from the 83rd Air Regiment (?) based at Jianqiao subordinated to the 28th Ground Attack Division !
Cheers, Deino 😀
Interesting, first time iv seen a JH-7A with six underwing hardpoints, does anybody know how many of these aircraft there are now?
Besides that have You noticed the new formation lights/stripes on that bid replacing the older triangles ?
Deino
Just found at CDF posted by Xinhui !
It’s at the right co-ordinates according to Google Earth, but in Hebei province (near the border with Shandong).
Thanks a lot, but do You know what regiment is beased there ???
Deino

Jiugucheng Airbase 37°29’N 116°06’E has an assortment of J-10, J-7 and JJ-6 aircraft. The ‘washed out’ image makes identification difficult but the canard foreplanes of the J-10s can be seen.

The Flankers there seem to be missing front ends.
Can anyone post that picture PLEASE as I don’t see a picture (nor a Flanker !) 🙁
Thanks in advance, Deino 😉
