Since the Raf would have to land in order get a pod and do LGB, it is not an omnirole either.
By your standards the F-35 is a class above the Raf due to it ALWAYS carrying all the needed sensors (ESM, AESA, IRST, FLIR, jamming, laser designator, etc) to perform every mission in it’s repretua without switching equyipment.

IIRC its datalink capabilities do not compare well with the F-35, the F-22 can’t share its radar data with other friendly assets. Other than the pilot getting on the radio that is.
The F-22 is scheduled to get the same datalink (along with the B2) that the F-35 has (MADL). Until then, the F-22 can share it’s data with others via a BACN aircraft that will translate from the F-22’s native datalink (IFDL) into MADL, Link16, or another appropriate protocol.
The F-117 may be flat surfaces, but the B2 is all curves. The leading edge of the wing even has a slight curve.
I think he may be referencing the lack of IRST and EODAS and maybe an active 360 jammer.

It is a well known and accepted fact that the RCS of any stealth AC (F-117, B-2, F-22, F-35) exhibits a “bow tie” RCS signature. This means that the majority of the RCS reduction measures were done so that the RCS is lowest from the front and rear. This is because these angles will be shown to the enemy for the longest period of time (ingress and egress in relation to the target).
What “all-aspect stealth” means is that from any given angle, the AC has a smaller RCS than a comparable older gen fighter with similar configurations. It does not mean that the RCS is the same no matter the angle viewed.

Actually the B has a beefier airframe too as it does a free fall drop instead.
There are many parts of the B that are lighter than the A. This is one reason for the 7g rating and a 1k lb internal bomb load per bay.
There are many internal components (structurally) that keep a B from becoming a C. Not sure how far along they are.
What LRIP were they part of?
The F-35C has a beefier airframe to facilitate controlled crash landings.. er I mean carrier landings, twin from wheels, a hose & drogue refueling system, larger wings, larger tail surfaces, and larger vertical stabilizers.
