Thomson call centre agent “flight says 757, 32 rows” i said well a 757 doesn’t have 32 rows it’s around 40. I can’t speak to them they don’t know nothing.
If any one you on here watch the Show Ice Pilots there is an Episode in the lastest series which Features Buffalo Airways Owner Joe Mcbryan and his Son at the Coventry Fly in last year. I beleive it covers the Negotiations with Atlantic over the Electras! He was also seen looking round Air Atlantiques DC-3’s.
I once had a gentlemen on and inbound flight rip his seat belt out and try and take it with him! The purser of the aircraft chased after him, the Gentlemen claimed he wanted to sell it on EBAY. The airline fined him for the damage done to the seat!

Interesting! Id have thought Virgin Blue would Buy Brand New! Especially if there going to use them to take on QF on Domestic routes in Austrailia! Nothing wrong with the A330 as such its just these two like all of EK A330’s have been very well used there old and Tired on the insides, Im guessing they will need allot of work done to them.
A6-EAC i’ll be glad to see the Back of that particular Aircraft! Every time it comes into NCL it has some sort of Problem!
Im sure We had Sun Express Operating flights out of NCL last year often on W Patterns, with other UK airports which was fine! They just had a nasty habit of sending the wrong airport we had in our systems!
Depends on the Company! I know Jet2 last year at NCL tended to send the Wingletted A/C to destinations Further Afield like SSH or DLM which takes up 10 hours + of the day where as the other 757 would do say a flight to MJV Or PMI in the morning then fly to say TFS,ACE or LPA in the afternoon!
I think the Wingletted 757’s use 5% less fuel per sector.
How do you know the flight time has been changed in the first place?
Compensation for a One Hour Take off Change! You’ll get nowt for that! Infact its Laughable that you even want compo for that! Read through your T/C’s! Think about it this way! You get an Extra Hour in Bed or even better an Extra Hour to use the Bar!

No they wont! Olympic buy set numbers of seats of Airlines sometimes they go for the a whole aircraft but i doubt it will lead to aircraft sitting round doing nothing! All the Tour agents do it! Thomas Cook buy seats off Jet2.com for example!
