The 737 with dreamlinver livery. Is that a 739ER? The door layout is diffent then normally. Normally there are 4 exits per side but this one has an extra exit just aft of the wing.
Yes Pieter it is indeed the -900ER they just had 2 delivered a few days earlier, the other in normal Lion c/s with a “Boeing 737-900ER” flash down the fuselage, and, advert posters all over the place about the 900s.
Cheers Michael.
Keep watching this space… many more Thai to come.(happy to catch a new coloured 737 at Don Muang).
Agreed Michael
The state of some of them is quite shocking, The YS-11 is very nice indeed inside, 4 sections, some with normal seats others the setee types, the room with the mirror is the captains rest room.
Thanks for the comments.

Hmmm an odd silence on this topic from the Airbus bash brigade who were all so vociferous in slagging Airbus over the A380 delay 😀 😀 😀 :diablo:
Cheers again guys.
Widdy, the speccies would be fine for a smaller lens, most 737’s were shot around 275mm, the lumps and 340’s 200mm.the terrace is about equidistant from both runway thresholds.
Si: Have to have a look, there are more, but, as they were landing on the left runway it was shooting into the sun, and the mist was thicker on that side.
I’ll try upload some more a bit later in the week, very heavy workload on just now, just finished a 28 hour shift and am straight back off down south till thursday, may try get some done for the weekend, thanks again, glad they are of interest to some. (the quality does improve, not everywhere was as misty as HK)
Thanks guys
More later in the week, Drew, I arranged it all by myself, using various loco airlines, some flights as cheap as £5.
And some more…

Some more….

Related question though, how long does Emirates leave the A332 on services before uphrading to the 772/3/3ER?
I guess that is an operational decision,Tom. The GLA service was EK’s most succesful start up hence the change so soon, i hear NCL pax numbers (or more importantly the yield) is looking good, hopefully they will be upgraded to 777 before too long.
Blimey, is it October already ? 😮
Nights are fair drawing in Allen 😡 😮
Meant to ask, did i possibly see you at the SECC on weds at a Rush gig?? was sure i saw you,but i was upstairs at the bar.
Nice set there DJ, never saw the C-9 when i was up today.
TJC: i’m thinking that is a US Navy C-9, the Virgin is on a short season for the October week to Florida(i believe it positioned in empty from MAN) they are back at GLA next year with an increased program in the summer as well as Easter and the October week.
The 773 has been used since December 16 2005, not always a 773 sometimes a 772 and the odd A330 come in.
The service started on April 10 2004 using mostly A330 until the change in dec 2005.
