Thought you had forgot to post Kev. hehe
Excellent, of course, you got the shot i was trying for with the Corsair lump 😡 😀 very good job
BTW talk about suffering for your art… Ian AKA E-GPK got knocked down by one of the Loganair staff whilst crossing from the taxi rank to the Loganair hangar at Glasgow yesterday:eek: but, he is ok, has a sore bum (oh aye……) and a sore head.
Up to your usual top standards Fred.
The Blue Pan 737 stands out really well.
James:
Si is referring to me shooting the Gulfstream 550, Israeli air force secret type thingy at Edinburgh. I havent noticed the 6 cargo F27 move in ages.
Kevin: very true, GLA was a bit poor, mind you, liked the idea of parking the Neos and Futura 737’s nose on to the blast fence.
Cheers for the comments.
Excellent set Robert.
Some good stuff at EDI today.. i suppose you missed the bent Gulfstream departing?
Oceana Naval Air Station, Virginia, 88 degrees it was, about 3 hours ago :diablo:
Ooohh get you!!, bet you’re sick at missing out on a good ol’ fashioned Scottish spotterfest in the monsoon?:D
Thanks chaps
Allen, yes i believe that is true, also heard the passenger was going to the footy, the Kingfisher came back to GLA from EDI this afternoon, i am told it left at 2030
George: the serial was “544”
Si: too late 😮 😮 😮 😀
Excellent shot DJ!!
Not seen a Gulf 1 for years, where was this? and how did you get blue sky hehe 😀
Excellent Set again Robert.
Where were you to shoot the GirJet Fokker?? i was looking around for a place to shoot it, ended up up at the Quarry road hill, but shot was mince. Also the Air One and Corsair shot..where was that?
Also, nice Dash 8 “Deroe”.. a new airline??:D 😀
Great stuff.
Cheers Rab
Cheers Gerry, absolutely true, heard it call up just as i was leaving the car to wander into the car park and decided to hang around for it…glad i did.
BTW it is hidden away in yon hangar beside the GAT (not the Air Contractors one) so looks like it may night stop.
Excellent stuff,Peter. Like the Hellas Jet (which i tried everything in vain to get a decent shot of 😡 )and the excellent Finnair, which i shot (badly) at NCL recently and near creamed myself at such a cracker 😀 (sick at it being on my patch and not being able to get a decent shot of……again!!)
For info, it is based at NCL used by Excel.
Thanks Peter, i am guessing a Gulfy, but looks like a mix of Gulf,BD700 and SR71 😮 😮
For them who are at EDI, the strange beastie was hurriedly backed into a hangar out of prying eyes way:D

Yes Paul, would’nt fancy being a pax about to board that with a good view of it from the lounge lol.
Peter: yes, really sickened about the 319, oh well, will get it at EDI tomorrow (hopefully)
Good set Peter.
Missed the lump and the Neos 738 coming in when we went down to PIK.
Good catch on them.
