    this maybe be true but wont the black boxes in the F-35 compensate for the complexity? the aircraft talks to you and tells you whats wrong.

    Digital control systems – even multiple redundant systems – can and do fail.

    Gray, I think you’re missing my point…

    The jet isn’t in production anymore, but that doesn’t mean we can’t discuss it and talk about what is going on in the fleet around the world.

    The point of the thread is not to talk about it because it is in production, but rather to discuss what is going on with the 600 or so Mirages 2000’s that are flying around the world.
