What upsets me the most is he did his best to try kill as many American people as possible both in the air and possibly on the ground, on Christmas Day of all days! A skin graft operation will no doubt cost a lot of money, paid for by the good American people! Why waste money on him when there are many desperately deserving cases throughout the world.

As I said earlier, for our own sake not for his.

Would you feel the same way if you had loved ones on board? I think not and at the end of the day his wounds were self-inflicted!

UK has a unique identity.

There is no such thing as a “UK identity”.

For a start, the UK is comprised of 4 countries – England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, each with their own distinct culture, history and traditions.

Within each of these 4 broad divisions there exists a variety of regional identities.

To speak in terms of a “UK identity” or, for that matter, a “Spanish identity” or a “German identity” is to indulge in over-simplification and stereotyping.
