    Hmm….I don’t know….
There was a rumour that a horse-racing notable from those parts was planning to buy an A380 for use as a flying horse box with room to exercise his horses en route to major race meetings in the USA, Europe and Far East.

Horses are, it seems, potentially more prone to DVT than humans on long flights.

It makes sense in a way, I suppose.

    OK, Comet.

Let’s see links, sources, etc for some of the anecdotes in your little rant.

They sound like the usual urban myths to me and it’s usually most enlightening to see the full story.

If this is typical of your attitude to the world at large, then perhaps the reason you cannot find work may lie a little closer to home, eh?

Children not allowed to celebrate Christmas – what tripe!

As an aside, I find it interesting that crazymainer insists on calling anyone who disagrees with his somewhat idiosyncratic worldview a “left winger”.

If I remember rightly, he once described Senator Edward Kennedy as an “extreme left winger”. :D:D:D:D

(Note for Americans and other aliens – Senator Kennedy would find himself perfectly at home in the centre-right of our Conservative party)

Maybe it’s you that’s out of step with everyone else, crazymainer. Have you ever seriously considered that possibility? 🙂

And good to see that AA is now also flyingt he 757 to Europe. Did not know that.

Actually, tenthije, AA operated the B757 on the MAN-BOS service last summer, too.

It’s a seasonal service very much aimed towards the leisure market.
