There is such a thing as discretion, it would be inapropriate for me to publish these documents online. It would likely get me and Key Publishing for hosting them into a lot of trouble.

As someone who deals with confidential information on a day-to-day basis I understand exactly what Sandy is saying here.

Might have been more discreet not to have mentioned them in the first place, though. :diablo:

Iceland actually has a small population and very few cities or, indeed, large towns.

Maybe the market just isn’t there for more flights?

A sad loss to the Palestinian People and all other progressive peoples in the world.

    In what way?

Marginalised and isolated by the time of his death, unwilling to share power or to delegate effectively, building a large personal fortune while large numbers of “his people” lived in abject poverty.

These are hardly the hallmarks of a progressive.

And wasn’t he Egyptian, anyway?

I presume that you’ve never made a mistake in your life, Aviation Man?

Controllers, like pilots and everyone else, are human. Humans are fallible.

Would you rather have ATC run by machines?

The two runways are a considerable distance apart, and 24L/06R is a lot further away from the terminals that you might think.

    Maybe this will help.

I don’t see what’s so unlikely about QANTAS operating the 7E7.

    They’ve been a prominent Boeing customer for donkey’s years – they’ve operated 707s, 737s, 747s (including SPs), and 767s.

If anything, it was the order for A330s that went against the grain.

In this particular case, at least. 😉

Yes, they’re getting better and better all the time. 🙂

Let’s hope Santa brings you a new camera, eh? 😉

Thanks very much, Pablo. You weren’t the chap in the corner with the rather nice cat lens, were you?

    1) Yes, there was a Monarch aircraft on T2. So far as I know it was just parked there – although I’m happy to be corrected.

    2) There are at least 3 shades of blue on the Excel livery as applied to various aircraft in the fleet. I think it largely depends on who painted the aircraft, and when. 😉
