    Looks very much like the one fitted to Puma helicopters, but its not. Pumpy handle thing at the top is different.

    Wasnt there some Supermarine Swifts involved as well, or was this a different test?

    I seem to remember a grainy photo of one aircraft being bulldozed into a big hole somewhere.

    Bottom right is a fuel flow indicator,
    I think its VC10, Bucc and BAC 1-11 – poss (probably as Spey) Nimrod.

    I reckon the F-16 pilot has a bit of a sore nose, or at least needs a new helmet, amongst other problems.

    It looks like his head is right up against the coaming.
