Indeed. Irish and Dutch colours were so much more beautiful then this. Something just doesn’t look right in these colors. A IX dual pretending to be a I single:stupid:
I totally agree, but as has been said many times on here, it’s the owners decision how their planes are painted:D
Mike, I looked over the Lysander when it was still in an in-assembled state at FoF, and was surprised how it seemed to be “dumped” in the hangar with “stuff” piled against it! I can’t understand why Kermit didn’t fly it when it first arrived? Maybe it was too complicated:highly_amused:

I, too, would like to add my thanks for the wonderful memories, and stunning flying that Stephen has brought us over the years. It will indeed bring to a close,a great era of display flying.
