….and mine are as well. That DVD courtesy of Hatton arrived this morning, so I’ll enjoy that, but be with you in spirit at Waddo if your digit-crossing works. Come to think of it I’ll get the old prayer mat out again – it worked on a previous occasion.;);)

It is marked in the diary for tonight. Looking forward to it – based around 303 Squadron at Northolt – one of the lesser known BoB stations.

Why not, Tony? The slow, rather dignified display by the Spit and the Typhoon was also quite moving. It effectively bridged the 70 years and made the point that it is still about airmen, and other servicemen, of course, fighting and dying for their country.

I suppose you are right – I am easily pleased and just grateful to be able to see any of them. Funnily enough my grandson (7) wanted to know if there were any Stukas. Mmm – nice thought. In fact are there any static Stukas which could conceivably be restored to flying condition?

You sure are – one of the downsides of owning pretty but old ladies, I suppose. As for the blag – you’ll succeed hands down – who could refuse your pleadings, Blue?;):):)
