Info I have is that Peter Phillips’s Hurricane was seen flying with 2 other aircraft with smoke coming from the engine.
I have a pic of the crash, do you want me to scan it on to you?.
Have been told about the book you mentioned but I believe it is out of print.

We all know the Games will take britian into debt that will probably never be paid back but people are going to fill out every centre where the games are to have the chance to say, “I was there”.
I cant understand why they put a figure on the games in the first place, why not just say “Look, we have no idea what this is going to cost us but we are going ahead with it anyway”.

Just a slight change of subject, are you in favour of a “british” football team taking part in these games? from a Scottish point of view I am totaly against it.
REASONS……..Token Scottish,Welsh and Northern Irish PLAYER being part of what would basicly be an england team taking part.
If you are going to have a british team, it must be made up of an equal number of players from the Home Countries.
2.. If Eufa see a british team doing well, they may well decide to get rid of (and they have every right), all 4 countries and decide that we have to play under a gb banner.

To many people are being blinded by the thought that at long last, The Olympic Games are at last being held here so it does not matter where the money is stolen from.
Cant wait for the day when one of the organisers family has to go to Hospital for lets say an op and be told “Sorry it will be three years before we can do this due to money meant for us being used to help fund The Games”.
The only people who are likely to make any money from them are the companys who get the contracts.
