That paint scheme looks far better than omfg black J-20 (seriously? black paint scheme is professional? Try abysmal for camo purposes) or boring gray F-22.

I do think it will be identical, I would love to see a slight tint in the blue though, the more paint schemes the plane is featured in the better. Hopefully Sukhoi will accommodate my aesthetic demands.

it’s likely they are using no escape kill zone values which are usually far lower than theoretical max engagement range.

Thats why I said debatable 😉 not incorrect.
They are the operational figures.Figures at the extreme range of the engagement envelope are impractical from operational point of view.

The interesting thing here to note is that the inspite of the criticism of the Derby elsewhere as shorter ranged , IAF consider it to be similar to the others.
