Unfortunately I couldn’t get the wings on this one, but something was holding it in the air 😀

I’m distracted as the tree is at the side. A better sky pic but the tree pulls the eye away.

But that’s why I like the tree in it, because of the contrast between the dark tree and the red sky.
Everyone’s view is so different,and it’s good to hear another opinion.

The only thing is, personally I’d have taken the photo from a slightly different position. I don’t much like the way the pointy bit of the promontory or whatever you call it,echoes the shape of the cliff.

OK this sounds a bit snotty, but I’m genuinely interested. Can you give an example of a photo that’s good, and explain why it’s good ? I’m not criticising what you said, just curious.
