You are accusing the Russian people of doing stuff that was done by a system: communism. It was done everywhere it happened, including during the french revolution. It’s important to know history for it not to repeat itself, but at the same time it’s important not to accuse the Russia of today of all the evils that the USSR did. You also need to compare it with the evils others did in other places than your own country. Maybe the only reason that the US, or whomever didn’t do anything to your country is because it’s not located exactly in their backyard.
The soviet system was cruel even to its own people. No double standard unlike in western “democracies”.
