Pakistan successfully test fires Shaheen II, Hataf VI BM
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has successfully tested Shaheen II, Hataf VI Ballistic Missile (BM) this morning.

This hi-tech missile having a land- to- land hitting range of 2000 kilometres possess the capability of carrying all sorts of warheads. ISPR sources told that this solid fueled missile could be equipped with the nuclear as well as conventional weapons for hitting right at the eye of the target most accurately.

Prime Minister, Shaukat Aziz overwhelmed by watching this successful test of the ballistic missile congratulated the engineers, scientists and technical staff present on this occasion.

Prime minister in his brief address on this occasion told that Pakistan would continue to retain its trust worthy minimum deterrent capability guaranteeing peace in the region. He said that the defence of country was on topmost priority of the government, fully endorsed by the entire nation.

He vowed that Pakistan would further strengthen its defence in the backdrop of its complete awareness of the changes taking place in the region. The prime minister told that Pakistan would not accept any discriminatory attitude and treatment in this regard.

Shaukat Aziz told that Pakistan would keep trying to meet its security and energy requirements including the nuclear ones from all sources.

President General Pervez Musharraf in a special message on this august occasion also congratulated the team for conducting such a successful missile test and added that the entire nation was proud of their brilliant performance in this regard.

I was wondering..how did iran Got this missile Torpedo ..and what more does Iran Have..it puts lot of cracks in the theory that Iran didn`t bought any thing in Past 10 yrs..and gives fire to the rumours of Mig-31s in Iran or Zalson M in TomCats..God knows what More?

Iran tests high-speed marine missile
TEHRAN: Iran said Sunday it has successfully test-fired a high-speed underwater missile, saying it was capable of destroying huge warships and submarines.

The Iranian-made missile has a speed of 100 meters per second underwater, Gen. Ali Fadavi, deputy head of the Navy of the elite Revolutionary Guards, said. He called it the fastest underwater missile in the world.

“It has a very powerful warhead designed to hit big submarines. No warship can escape from this missile,” Fadavi added.

TEHRAN: Iran’s Revolutionary Guards successfully test fired on Friday a home-made missile which can evade radar as part of naval wargames, state television reported.

“Iran successfully test fired a home-made Fajr-3 missile,” Hossein Salami, a senior Revolutionary Guards commander, told state television.

“This missile, with the capacity of evading radar, can attack several targets simultaneously,” he said, adding the missile was newly developed.

It was tested as part of a week of naval wargames that started on Friday and was due to take place in the Gulf and Sea of Oman. Earlier, naval officials had said the wargames would
start by firing a Shahab-2 missile, which experts say has a range of about 700 km (440 miles).

I guess they have tested 2 missiles..

Shalav..I dont care that Agni is of Stealth/MRV capable..india should go on..and more..they will hurt themselves..Like Pakistan..because nobody is going to use it…same is with Iran ar such crucial stage ..they are testing missiles all the war mongring…by both sides..
