Very good shots, Sam. I’d be very impressed if my photos turned out like that 🙂

Wait until you see the cat again.. sneak up down wind of it and immediately smash it across the head with a peace of 4×2..then sell the carcass to the nearest Chinese take away..problem solved

Haha that made me chuckle even though it’s a horrible thought.:o

We have what sounds like a very similar issue to you. The local cats are always on the drive (nearly ran one over today) and using our garden/plant beds as their loo. I remember we bought some type of ‘anti-cat pellets’ from a DIY shop that were put on the grass but they seemed to do very little except make the area smell of onions (not sure what’s worse!).
Now I think we’ve just come to accept that they’re here to stay and there’s not an awful lot we can do. Mind you, I don’t really mind cats so I don’t care too much especially as I’m usually elsewhere in the country. 🙂

It’s amazing what a bit of sunshine can do to photos! Yet another set of excellent shots, Paul. 🙂

As a student, it’s fair to say I spend quite a lot of time watching these sort of programmes but for me, it has to be Family Guy.

Tough choice as I actually don’t mind either version, although Leona Lewis’ left more of an impression of me. Snow Patrol’s version, despite being a great band, is a little more downbeat and whilst it fits in with the album, in a straight comparison I just prefer Leona’s song.

I have absolutely no background in music or singing but regardless, she does have a very good voice. She reminded me very much of the previous female winner and from those performances in the video, I’m sure she’ll have a very successful career in the industry and good luck to her.

Besides, what difference does it make if she’s from X Factor or not? We should be glad there are such programmes on TV that do discover such talent, and no-one is forced to watch them so the haters of them should just accept that these programmes are here to stay (at least in the immediate future).

Really sorry to hear that this has happened to you. Although I can fully understand your hard feelings towards car thieves right now, in no way could I wish death/tragedy upon anyone such as those who died in Bradford earlier.
Good luck in getting it back, even though it seems a rather slim hope nowadays 🙁

    Good report.
Personally, I thought the programme was a complete load of rubbish, not even fit for ITV2. Far too much waffle & the ‘celebrities’ were poor. I had only heard of Lisa which immediately made me lose interest. Hopefully it won’t return.

Nice little report. Like you, I’ve always been very impressed with Ryanair. I’ve never been on one of their ‘older’ aircraft so can’t really comment on those seats but I agree with you about the comfort and legroom on the ‘newer’ planes – seem much more generous than all charter carriers that I’ve travelled with.
