Going back to WN904 – the primary reason it is on display at Waterbeach is to commemorate the previous Hunter Sqn’s based there in the 1950’s.. Kinloss doesn’t really have the same association with Hunters, and I suspect that it wouldn’t be viable for the Army to move it up there.

To me – not being an expert at all to be honest….. it looks Boeing?

The seat harness buckle saying “Pacific” was enough to get me searching for something along those lines, and this photo of a Qantas 707 shows a seat which shares a lot of common features and styles. Look at the armrest ends – same / headrest – same etc etc. I can’t find anything else that looks similar, so if it’s not a Boeing fit, then maybe something else American?
