    we must not forget, not just those who survived the hell of the concentration camps, but those who died in them. We must also remember that although the Jews formed by far the greatest number of those who went through the camps, also targeted were: the disabled, homosexuals, Gypsies, political dissidents, non-Jewish Poles, Russian POWs and more.

    At the University I work in, one of the computer clusters I manage is housed in the anatomy museum. It can be ‘interesting’ working on the cluster surrounded by specimen jars filled with various body bits.

    We used to house a couple of servers in a room just off the morgue. Worst bit would be having to go over there very late at night to restart one of them; Building in darkness, no-one else about, stench of preservative. spooky.

    Another way to look at it is:
    Using a Canon* dslr, i fill the frame with a subject at a distance using a 300mm lens
    To fill the frame of a 35mm slr with the same subject at the same distance I would have to use a 480mm lens

    * canon have a 1.6 effective multiplier, nikon a 1.5 effective multiplier.
    edit: pointing out we are talking about the aps size sensor dslrs not the full frame ones.

    Well done Dan, a cracking shot. Just shows that its the person behind the camera that creates the shot, not the latest all singing/dancing dslr.

    I seem to remember that the Kings Cup race was initially restricted to British built light aircraft. When were the rules changed to allow non-British aircraft?

    look at the line of the bottom edge of the cuts, from the rear of the pickup it slants down, but is above the wheel where is passes it. imho.
