Martin, were there lots of talk about if things were to fall off the lorry, if this is not strapped correctly to add excitement to the programe, I find it hard to watch any of the channel 5 documentaries because they treat the watcher as an idiot, I can make myself look an idiot without Chan 5’s help.
Now get back to the harvard formation team thread and post some more of those fantastic photos I am sure you have !!!

Is Robs Lamploughs under rebuild to fly?
Brilliant news for a change, I guess the person who took it did not realise its significance and then how hard it would be to move on.
I take it the item was swabbed for a DNA match on the database?
There is no flies on you !! ah sorry I thought you spotted them from a distance so could not see the +’s
Thanks for the update Dave, I guess the trouble is you have no idea of the fail until you apply brake on the landing roll.
His wife hated him flying so also had an impact on him continuing, I think he has flown SC at Goodwood once or twice, cannot see him going back to display flying anytime soon or his brother, they have both, been there seen it and got the tour Tshirts.
Displaying aeroplanes has changed since the early 2000’s and I bet its nowhere like the fun it was, like if you go back and drive your first car again years later, you wonder how you did what you did with it. The Harvard is a great aircraft to fly but has a sting in it very quickly if you mess up and you need a lot of sky below when things go wrong. Loved the Harvard, loved seeing them display, great sound to boot. HFT was of its time.
I take it a ‘ground loop’ due to one brake on and one off, the port leg has come through the front of the wing so at some point it must of gone backwards?
The pilot safe which is fantastic and the metal can be put back together.
As the Buchons are at Duxford, maybe the boys there can confirm if they were up yesterday.
BBMF Hurricane flew yesterday, could it of been that?

At least we have the internet to be able to share the great contributions people make, what a great video there to remember him for ever.
RIP sir
The YAKs coming and display hire for a large ship formation averaging £800. per aircraft also did not help, I think that is why Numan & Lees split to form the Radial Pair
Oh I better shssss then
