    Terrible, terrible terrible.
I cannot understand why these idiots have to destruct and destroy on their missions, obviously from what was taken it was to order, a collector no doubt who will stuff them under his/her bed before getting bored.
I do hope they are caught and go to court.

No need to clean them at all, the person who buys them or one will know what is required and does not need it shiny shiny, I would love one of them as is, a time capsule of the film.

The Shotley HE111’s tail was sitting on the surface and removed with a DUKW over that weekend in 85/86 by I think Andy Saunders and Steve Vizard among many others with bits going to all points of the compass, not sure this is it but I did think it maybe the MkIX off Shoebury point?

I think a petition needs to be started to reinstate the Fighter Meet airshows 🙂

I think the resident aeroplanes would make a great start to a yearly North Weald show, the place cries out for it ! I am sure Peter Teichman could rattle a few cages.

    I’m in

Don’t take it personally, I just don’t need to watch videos if all it’s going to tell me what I already know…which this one seemingly does.

The Vega is a favorite of mine, I’d love to see one fly….so far only the metal variant is airworthy.

Since many of the long timers seem to have left the forum, allow me to recommend a book: Revolution in the Sky by R. S. Allen. An old book which was republished in the 80s, still very worth reading.

Hello. I did not take it personally but as Kermit had bothered to make the video I thought it only right and proper to not steal his efforts and explain.
