Heard it before… Except in that version, the parrot didn’t say “sod”.

    Still funny though! :D:D

A mother took her five-year-old son with her to the bank on a busy lunchtime.

They got behind a very fat woman wearing a business suit complete with pager…
After waiting patiently for a few minutes, the little boy said loudly,

    “Wow, She’s fat!”

The mother bent down and whispered in the little boy’s ear to be quiet…

A couple more minutes passed by and the little boy stretched his arms out as far as they would go and announced; “I’ll bet her bum is this wide!”

The fat woman turned around and glared at the little boy.

The mother gave him a good telling off, and told him to be quiet.

After a brief lull, the large woman reached the front of the queue.

Just then her pager began to emit a “beep, beep, beep”

The little boy yelled out, “Run for your f**king life, she’s reversing!!”

    Uncle Joe’s Mint Balls. 🙂

    I beg your pardon?! :D:D

    Wagon Wheels, Kayli, Space Dust.

Still love Wagon Wheels… When I was a kid, I could never get enough Kayli.
I remember sprinkling Space Dust into my cat’s dried food – Poor thing raced out of the house fizzing & popping. (I was very young.)

Kayli, and Sherbet Dib-Dabs. Delicious, but messy.

What happened to Trio bars? Anyone remember the TV ad for them?

I’m sure that there are a few others I can think of; I shall rack my ageing brain…

I take all these warnings about what we shouldn’t eat with a large pinch of salt, usually followed up with a thickly-buttered scone and washed down with a lovely cup of strong black coffee.

    My view exactly.

My Granny lived to be 102 eating a little of what she fancied.

IMO, that proves the old saying; “A little of what you fancy does you good.”

If anything’s likely to shorten your life it’s worrying constantly that you’re eating the wrong stuff .

Precisely. I shall continue to live by that old saying!
Worrying does no good to anyone.
