Perhaps it has run its course………….

Does anybody know if 558 is going to be making an appearance in Kent, either airshows or transit flypasts at all over the season?
I know she was originally going to be in the Margate airshow last year, but was not ready in time.
I’m just wondering if maybe she will stay overnight at Manston over the weekend of Southend airshow, or flying past? I know its early days but some hope would be nice 😀
She is only due to display on the Saturday so she will no doubt fly down from Finningley and return the same day. The published display plan does not allow for any movement over Kent as far as I can see. But of course everything depends on money now and her future is sadly, very uncertain as I’m sure you know.
Rookh – perhaps that is what he wanted, but I think he has missed out on martyrdom. I think we are better off without him and I don’t think he will live on as a martyred hero.

Presumably the passengers will pay for it at the end of the day. Is it necessarily a good deal for everyone, though.
Cloud 9 – 4%. Is it even worth consideration? Many, many people are getting nothing or far less. Take it while you can – there might not be anything next year!;)
You could just be right! It never crossed my mind that Bruggen from Blackpool would have deceived us like that……..:)

I wondered why it was “dreaded” too…………..
Just a thought…If the Pakistani army and ISI (you can forget about the ‘government’), really knew about OBL and were actively sheltering him in a ‘safe house’…why, then, would they provide the US with a potential lead that would eventually result in his killing? Both the US and Pakistan are claiming that the lead, i.e. the identification of OBL’s courier, was initially provided by the ISI, amongst many hundreds, if not thousands of such leads that most turn out to be nothing.
I can think of several tortuous answers to that question, the truth of which will never be known, anyway. The man is dead. The world will move on and the ramifications of his death will be what they are. It is impossible to second guess what will happen, so continuingly vigilant intelligence is paramount.

Why does your calendar only appear to show Jewish and Canadian holidays??
Abdolutely not, although I am an ME109E man, with FW190 a close second.
It certainly lost its way about 50 posts ago………….
