Well I think we all expressed our sadness at the loss and eulogised over his music, but he is gone. We can’t bring him back, but we will remember him by continuing to listen to his music. If we had to remember everyone whose death has been threaded on this forum a month later the mods would go beserk – and rightly so.

And to put it in perspective he was a rock musician, whose work will live on. There are more important and significant things going on, aren’t there?;):)

Yes, that might be it – that hadn’t occurred to me. It would be ideal if an ex-tug driver or groundhandler was on here and could clarify it for us. Or even an ex-Valiant driver!

Mmmm – I thought that was a rather dogmatic statement as well!

This Pathe clip shows it being towed but not in a turn. Might the nosewheel be “unlocked” and so turn with the direction of the towing bar?

Oh, well then you’re laughing! I’ve got plans in Meccano and I could probably dig out a Lego version – which would you prefer? Lego won’t but James May proved you can build quite substantially in both materials.:D

If you build your own I can guarantee you’ll get enough free “leccy” to make your cocoa on about 50 nights of the year!;):diablo:

Some good ideas there, Gerry, especially road names, which is a very common practice – fingers crossed the Council give it their support and good to hear the landowner is friendly. Very important these days! I shall watch developments with great interest. If the mods don’t feel there is mileage in the thread please keep me informed by PM.
    Thanks

I wish I could contribute more than just considerable moral support!
