Resmoroh – the oil will not have run out. There are billions of barrels available for drilling but no one will take up the licenses until they can be sure they will see a return of the investment, which, in some geographical areas, will be huge.

Stability at between 85 and 100 dollars a barrel will open up untapped reserves.

You’ve given me plenty of reasons to think you’re a little sad, Moggy, yet sad is exactly what I see you calling other people more and more these days.

    Each to their own.

    Paul

That’s a personal comment to which you are entitled but doesn’t answer the question – why is there a degree of passion about the love or hate for different browsers. As Moggy says, you find one you like and you use it. No big deal, is it?

I think I would echo that – it does, as you say, seem a bit zealous to identify so strongly with one or another.

Being a ‘Born again Cynic’ I would like to observe the ‘Mercedes’ car sales in these Endangered Countries once the Money starts to flow in , If past history of anything concerning ‘NGO world’ is to go by there’ll be a lot of greasy palms in the ‘moneypot’ and the poor ******s who really need the help getting zero, nada, nothing , apart from some plastic buckets to store or keep bailing water !

And to add grist to the mill we hear that our esteemed Prime Minister:eek:is offering billions of pounds we do not have to these very countries – more money than any of our far flusher European partners. The world has gone mad or at least some in it, have.

The sad response to this is, probably, no. A question for all of you dedicated Museum volunteers – how many of you are under 30 years old? Because therein probably lies the answer to your question.:(

Or you could divide by 1.2 and find that about 78% thought it very likely or somewhat likely that results were falsified. We are only polaying with percentages, but it’s fun.;)

Miles Aircraft – The Early Years. My father worked as an apprentice there 1930/31 and he would have loved this book as it covers his period. He spoke a great deal about it and I am looking forward to delving into the book.
