You would like to hope that more pilots deal with emergencies like this than those who adopt the “*******k that we’re going in” approach. Although enough of those have been published.
Well yes, if it was an article on Cliff Richard…;)
Naughty……..;)

Doesn’t Truphone use VoIP – so as long as you have a WiFi connection it is free (as is Skype) – for other calls you need ‘credit’ on your account?….
That’s right. Current rates are 3p to landlines and 15p to mobiles if no Wifi, so fairly reasonable.

I use a mobile version of Skype, called Truphone. I think that mobile to mobile calls on Truphone are free so make sure your mates are all signed up!:)

I didn’t realise how many shallow people were on this forum…by the by old shape …an intellectual is someone who can listen to the William Tell overture and not think of the Lone Ranger
Much as I agree with the point you are making, Steve, I think that definition of an intellectual is a little crass. I am not wholly convinced that an intellectual would know who the Lone Ranger was so that he would listen to Rossini in innocent bliss.

Lightning T.4 super low: http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchive/view/1964/1964%20-%202591.html
As a passionate Lightning fan I collected everything to do with it in those days and I remember that photo!!:D:D:D
That is – beyoooooooutiful!:D
That seems fair enough to me.
I’ve put a reminder in my MS Outlook Calendar for 8 December 2019. 🙂
Likewise in my Google Calendar.:)

There was a front section and cone at Brenzett, which used to have a complete aircraft. But whether it is what is required or is available I do not know.
Feel free to attempt to do so.
I appreciate the offer, Grey Area, but I don’t think I am seeing eye to eye with many here so I’ll just rest my case and if we are all still posting here in a decade we can revisit our arguments. I’ll happily eat humble pie, if I am wrong, and assume others will if they are.
