Well in Biology in Year 7 at school (11-12 years old), we were shown how to put a condom on a cucumber…

Hmmmm…I can think of a few skunks at Duxford 😀

Question: how can I reduce the file size of a .pdf document so that I can post it here? I didn’t create the original document so I am a little bit lost (Jonathan, it’s the 3D colour artist impression of the AirSpace layout that was on the intranet a couple of weeks ago, the one you could move around, remember it?)

I don’t like Stilton…the thought of eating something that smells like an old worn sock that has been festering at the bottom of the laundry basket for sometime does not appeal to me 🙂

Ok, a couple of more up-to-date pics (blame Robert for complaining about a lack of pictures from the girls 😉

First one was taken at RHS Rosemoor in North Devon in October last year, second one on the beach at Instow in North Devon also in October. As you can tell from my expression in the first pic it was a rather cold day at Rosemoor, the weather at Instow was better 😀

Firebird…most of it has been squeezed into the other hangers…although Concorde and the Vulcan are outside…think the Comet might be out there too, but would have to check…

Mexicanbob…parts of Duxford are somewhat cramped at the moment due to work commencing on the AirSpace project. The Superhanger, soon to become “AirSpace”, is currently looking very spare, as most of the side panels have been removed, and basically at the moment it is just a iron cage!

I would go for Hendon or Shuttleworth if you can get there – nice variety of aircraft at both, although the food is better at Shuttleworth and you don’t require a whopping great torch to see half the exhibits. IWM London is good, but if you want a real aircraft fix, I’d go to Hendon or Shuttleworth 🙂
