What a waste of a B24 though, should have stayed at Duxford so we could have kept an eye on it :p

Would the secomd aircraft in the first pic be N54613, that was reported as stopping off at Blackbushe during delivery over the winter of 78 / 79 at the same time as N9857A.

The first one looks like one of the T28’s that Jeff Hawke / David Tallichet got out of Morocco, the other being one of the Euroworld machines from Zaire, not sure what happened to them in the end though.

I have a feeling it did, was there a pic of this aircraft recently in FlyPast?

Yep, it’s the one in the top pic, now stored by Kermit Weeks in Florida. Nice to see the pic though, do you have any others?

Unlikely to be going anywhere for a little while, unfortunately it suffered a landing accident last summer. Thankfully plans are in place to see it repaired and back in the air.

I can’t recall G-TJET / G-NASA being at North Weald, it was at Cranfield for some years. Aces High sold it in 86 to Nigel Brendish shortly before he was killed in a Cessna 150, who owned it after that I don’t know but it’s registered owner between 96 and 2001 when it was cancelled by the CAA was DeHaviland Aviation. Any updates would be appreciated.

Looks like it’s between the American Air Museum and the Land Warfare Hall.
